Unlike the Sleepy Z’s, the Relax Bears don’t contain any melatonin or other compound that makes you drowsy or sleepy. Though “Relax Bears” is a good name, they could just as well be called “Focus Bears” or “Declutter Bears” because the overall effect is one of focus, clarity, awareness and mental peace.
The CBD percentage is not very high so you can easily take 2 gummies per day whenever you feel like you need a mental boost.
