Bespoke Extracts CBD & CBG Tincture Review

Bespoke Extracts CBD & CBG Tincture Review by Leah Johnson at CBD Origin

If you know anything about CBD, you know it comes from the hemp plant and can be used in a variety of products to homeopathically treat a variety of issues. But did you know there are other cannabinoids in the hemp plant that can be used to enhance your overall health and wellness in a single product? The good people at Bespoke certainly do, which is evident in the product we’ll be reviewing today: 3C 1200 Tincture, which combines CBD + CBG to help combat stress and anxiety. We’ve already reviewed Bespoke’s Gel Capsules back in January, and now we have a powerful tincture to check out today. Let’s begin!

Is Bespoke CBD High-Quality?

In a world where literally anyone can create a CBD product without FDA regulation, it’s crucial to confirm that the product contains what it says it does, and has been tested to confirm product accuracy and potency. Bespoke uses certified USA-grown organic hemp in all of their products, which is ethically sourced. Their products are vegan, meaning no animal byproducts are used in the creation of their products, and are also non-GMO, gluten-, pesticide- and herbicide-free.

Lab Results

All of Bespoke’s products are rigorously tested by third-party independent labs. Each product and its packaging has a scannable QR code that will direct you right to the Certificate of Analysis results on their website. If you’re curious about the lab results from a product you do not currently have in front of you, you can click on the “Our Quality” tab at the top of the website and scroll down to see lab results for each product. Clicking on the file will redirect you to a PDF file that opens within the page and allows you to scroll through several pages of complete test results. The results will include the full amount of CBD per recommended dosage, as well as a terpene report, something many CBD sellers do not offer. This confirms that the products do indeed contain full-spectrum hemp and is not simply a blend of cheap CBD isolate with other ingredients.

Packaging Information

The packaging for the tincture was crisp and clean, using a white background with colorful flower petals embossed on the top and bottom portion of the thin paper box. The information on the box was the same on the product’s label, creating a sense of uniformity. The glass bottle was painted white, making it impossible to see the color or texture of the tincture, as well as how much remained. The right side of the label listed the serving size of 1mL, as well as the approximate servings per container. The ingredients list was thoroughly explained in great detail: CBG Distillate Powder (CBG), Full Spectrum Cannabinoids (CBD), Linalool Terpene, Limonene Terpene, Vitamin E (as mixed tocopherols), Medium Chain Triglycerides, and blueberry and raspberry flavor. There was also storage information and a disclaimer that the product contains less than 0.3% THC, making it legal for sale under the 2018 Farm Bill. The left side of the label listed the suggested use, allergy information, and strict warnings on who should or should not use the products.

Product Review

I tore off the plastic seal and unscrewed the dropper bottle. I held the bottle to my nose and detected a strong hemp smell along with faint notes of citrus, which I found odd considering the tincture was berry-flavored. I squeezed the graduated dropper nozzle and noted that the tincture was a very dark yellow color, similar to exotic olive oils. I measured out a full milliliter of tincture and carefully released it under my tongue, where I held it for about a minute. The tincture was very oil and was difficult to keep under my tongue. After the allotted time, I swirled the tincture around in my mouth before swallowing. I didn’t taste any berry flavor and noted that the aftertaste was bitter and lemony, almost like I’d chewed a lemon rind. There was a slight coating on the inner walls of my throat and tongue, and I needed a quick siwg of water to rid my mouth of the coating and remaining aftertaste.

Company Information

Bespoke has a unique approach to their products, which is clearly listed on their website: women and athletes. For new and uncertain users, this categorization helps you choose specific products for specific needs. The website offers a plethora of information, including an up-to-date blog, tabs on the top and bottom of each page, and relevant pictures for each product. Instead of trying to broadly reach the entire realm of CBD, Bespoke focuses on specific needs for both women and athletes, thus helping the user determine exactly what is needed and expected for their products. In addition to their gel capsules and tinctures, Bespoke offers Manuka honey infused creams, capsules, and tinctures that are sold individually or in bundles.

Price vs Value

The 3C CBD & CBG 1200mg Tincture comes in either berry or mint flavor and is priced at $79, but can be divided into two payments via Sezzle. There is an option to save a whopping 35% with a recurring subscription, a 20% off for signing up for the mailing list, and 50% off for US military veterans. Your purchase comes with a 30-day money back guarantee, as well as free shipping. The multiple opportunities to save money and the short customer reviews on the site definitely encouraged repeat customers.

Should You Try Bespoke CBD Products?

If you’re looking to maximize your use of CBD and enjoy the entourage effect of the hemp plant, this fusion of CBD and CBG in a single tincture is definitely not a product to overlook. I loved the calming packaging, the graduated dropper, and the plethora of information listed on both the product packaging and the company website. I felt a bit misled with the flavoring, as I was not able to taste any berries and wasn’t particularly fond of the thick coating and aftertaste. I also would have liked the bottle to be unpainted or at least darkly tinted, thus allowing me to see the color, consistency, and amount remaining. Other than that, this was a fantastic product that I recommend to users dealing with stress and anxiety.

I loved how Bespoke takes the guesswork out of finding an appropriate CBD product by clearly breaking down the site into categories. There aren’t a lot of SKU’s on the website, which is great for those who are easily overwhelmed by the sheer volume of products available in the CBD industry. The clear mention of US organic hemp, cruelty-free, and non-GMO was comforting and it felt good to consume a product that cares about the environment as well as the individual.
