Use Lubricant
In order to prevent your Extreme Q bowl from sticking again, I highly recommend using some form of glass lubricant. There a number of glass lubricants designed to function at high temperatures, and these lubricants can be a great way of making sure that your Extreme Q never gets stuck again.
