How You Could Benefit From CBD Oil

Thinking of Adding CBD Oil into Your Life?

Because of the numerous medicinal effects discovered within this substance, it's no surprise that CBD is becoming increasingly more popular with each passing year.

If you’ve been thinking of adding CBD oil to your life in some way or another, we’re here to explain what exactly this substance can do and how it may help you. Continue on to find out if you could benefit from CBD oil!

Have You Been Stressed?

Perhaps the most common reason why people delve into the world of CBD is due to the healing properties it holds. Especially for people who live with severe stress, panic, PTSD, or anxiety disorders, CBD could be an excellent approach to help your body slow down and find a more balanced state, allowing you to relax and catch your breath.

In a 2011 Neuropsychopharmacology studypatients with severe social anxiety reported an overall decrease in nervousness and cognitive impairment during social settings.

Have You Been Dealing with Pain or Discomfort?

While CBD oil has healing properties that can ease tension in the mind, it also has healing properties that can ease tension in the body. Especially for people with severe and/or chronic conditions, CBD oil may help you find the relief you’ve been looking for.

In a 2020 study in Frontiers of Pharmacology  it was found that chronic pain patients could benefit tremendously from the usage of cannabinoid products in a variety of situations. However, this study also notes the importance of discussing CBD use with your doctor beforehand, so we would like to reiterate that here, as well.

What Else Should I Know About CBD Oil Use?

There are a lot of misconceptions and misinformation (and just general confusion) floating around when it comes to cannabinoid products, so we would like to outline some key answers to common questions below:

• If a CBD product does contain THC (the psychoactive ingredient contained in cannabis) it must be less than 0.3 percent to be sold in the United States. Therefore, there's little to no chance that your CBD products will have any THC in them.

• CBD products do not make you high because THC levels are low to none (see bullet point above).

• CBD products, like other holistic health items (herbs, essential oils, etc.) will not affect your mental state; rather, they will simply aid in relaxation to help you feel comfortable and calm.
